Riverfront Happenings

May 12 – October 20, the Mill City Farmers Market brings organic, locally grown foods to the table. Smell the flowers, taste the freshness, and mingle with the growers themselves. From herbs and chocolates to asparagus and eggs, there’s something fun for everyone at the market.

May 28 – September 15, explore the city’s many historic sites with a Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Walking Tour.

July 10 – 20, 2008 , the Red Bull Illume Image Quest sets up shop on historic Stone Arch Bridge. One of five North American stops on its tour, this international photography competition and exhibition celebrates the world of action and adventure sports. Come see the dramatic photo series while you take in the beautiful views of downtown Minneapolis.
